June 10th - Handmade Pueblo's Craft Party. What is a craft party you ask? Craft Party is a celebration of meeting and making, of creativity and community. A day to gather with your crafty neighbors, share a creative skill, and socialize with a new craft. Light refreshments will be served. Saturday, June 10th from noon until 4:00 at the Arts Alliance Studios on Grand (inside Formulary 55 's manufacturing studio)
This year's theme is Embroidery! We will be making a sampler to hang...and this isn't your Granny's Embroidery! All supplies are provided for you to take home a cool modern embroidery hanging. Tickets are $25 per person and are limited. Purchase tickets here.

Back in July, my daughter and I took a trip to Seattle. We visited the Chihuly Garden of Glass while there. In the gift shop I found a display of soaps that I fell in love with. I debated whether to return to gift shop for more soap. I decided to read the label and see if there was a website that I could order from. When reading the label I couldn’t believe my eyes! The soaps were made here in Pueblo! This is my hometown!! I was blown away!
